Israeli forces Wednesday shot and injured two Palestinians before arresting them during clashes in Dheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem in the south of the West Bank, according to a Palestinian security source. Meanwhile, additional IDF forces arrested the brother and father of the Halamish terrorist in Kobar.

An IDF soldier from the elite Duvdevan Unit was moderately injured during an operation near Bethlehem on Tuesday night by friendly fire.

The IDF said it was investigating the incident. Twenty-two of those detained were suspected in involvement in what the army referred to as "popular terror attacks", a term usually referring to rock throwing, and rioting.
