Psychic Readers Network says the reason its waited 15 years before deciding to launch a lawsuit is because Rockstar keeps making money from Vice City though reissues - the game was re-released for smartphones and tablets in 2012 to coincide with its tenth anniversary. She did the voice work for Auntie Poulet in Vice City.

The character of Auntie Poulet was apparently voiced by Miss Cleo back in the day too, so it is clear that Rockstar meant to parody her character on TV.

Psychic Readers Network - which holds the rights to Miss Cleo - just filed suit against Rockstar Games and others who helped make and distribute the "GTA" classic. for allegedly jacking her image and Jamaican accent and slapping it on their character, Auntie Poulet.

The "widely known television informercial psychic" was portrayed by Youree Harris, who passed away at the age of 53 in July previous year.

A spokesperson for Rockstar told TMZ: "These claims are entirely meritless and completely ridiculous".

As TMZ reports, the Psychic Readers Network claims it spent over $100million over the years promoting the persona Miss Cleo and that Rockstar made millions simply by having Miss Cleo/Auntie Poulet in Vice City. Still, according to the network's lawsuit, that is not the case. Psychic Readers Network and Active Resource Services ended up paying a $5 million fine and agreed to forgive $500 million in uncollected bills.
