(Radio.com) When Linkin Park's Chester Bennington committed suicide at age 41, the band was busy promoting their seventh studio album One More Light.

According to Billboard, Linkin Park has a staggering 23 titles on the Hot Rock Songs chart for the week dated August 12.

Linkin Park have also become the first artist to have claimed the Nos.

Hybrid Theory - Linkin Park's debut album, which was the top-selling USA album of 2001 and produced angst-ridden hits such as In The End - returned at number eight on the latest weekly chart, tracking service Nielsen Music said.

On the Hot Rock Songs chart, it's the 2001 track "Numb" at No. 1, and seven of the Top 10 are hits that cover the band's entire discography, beginning with Hybrid Theory through this year's One More Light. While a few of the candlelight vigils and gatherings have already taken place, most are upcoming, including a massive event planned for Sunday (Aug. 6) in Grand Park in Los Angeles and a free get-together for fans at the Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati that will take place on Aug. 12, the same night that LP was to play the venue. Mike Shinoda and Joe Hahn of Linkin Park, as well as Ryan Shuck - who comprised Dead By Sunrise with Bennington - gave eulogies.

Robert DeLeo and Dean DeLeo of Stone Temple Pilots, Kings of Chaos drummer Matt Sorum, Damon Fox and Jimmy Gnecco performed "Amazing Grace" at the funeral.

The band on the internet has also endorsed hundreds of public events around the world to honor Bennington ranging from charity shows to fan meet-ups.
