If you're like me and have an affinity for good old soppy films from the noughties, it's highly likely that you've seen Step Up.

Said tie was made by his daughter, which led into the cutest conversation about how she hates both his and his wife's movies, or the ones that are appropriate to show her right now.

"We actually showed her Step Up for the first time", he said during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday night (31Jul17). It's got dancing. She's going to love it!' Within 10 seconds, she was like, 'Can I watch a real movie? "I don't want to be the one that's like, 'No, you have to go, ' all pushy". This is such a real movie! "It was such a real movie they made, like, seven more of these!'" he added.

In spite of Everly's reaction, Channing wasn't too upset as his daughter is now obsessed with watching Disney's animated hit film Moana at the moment. Like, you will watch it.

To prove that Everly is just being defiant, Channing has a sneaky plan of voicing a character in an animated film but not telling Everly he's in it until after she sees it and loves it. "We were like 'Fine!"

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum's daughter might be their worst critic yet. Even back in the day when Channing was struggling financially, Jenna was there for him, "I was broke and couldn't pay my half of the rent when we were first together. That's Daddy!' Mic drop!"

However, it appears that Everly wasn't as big a fan of her dancing parents' budding on-screen romance as the rest of us. And if she likes it, I am going to rub it in her face. But he quickly defended himself, saying, "I didn't teach [her] that!" The show revolves around a Romanian gritty and sleek buddy cop series that promoted Communist ideals and inspired a deep nationalism.
