Sections of the German press have put Keita's challenge down to frustration, stemming from of RB Leipzig's refusal to sell him to Liverpool.

Liverpool target Naby Keita was at the centre of a training-ground bust-up on Monday.

The 22-year-old has been consistently linked with Liverpool, with the Premier League side said to have had a bid of £66million ($108M) rejected in the past week.

"That's a training camp", he said, according to Sport1.

Demme was reported to cry in pain before receiving treatment and moving off the field in bandage.

Leipzig issued a statement on Twitter which read: "Let off for Diego #Demme".

Liverpool has seen a bid of $A110 million rejected for the Guinea global, who looked to be moving a step closer to the exit door when he and Demme became embroiled in a training-match squabble that left the latter nursing a bruised knee.

The Bundesliga club's reluctance to deal with the Reds has seen them reject two bids for the Guinea global.

German report claim that players were sent back to their hotels after incident which caused the training session to halt in Austria.

According to Bild, bids of £57m and £66m have already been turned down, now Liverpool are ready to launch a whopping offer of €83m [£74.2m] for the Guinea worldwide.

Liverpool recently saw a £66m bid for the player rejected and are poised to decide whether to make one final approach or delay their interest until next summer's transfer window.

Leipzig defender Willi Orban discussed the situation afterwards. "They all want to show how good they are feeling".
