3.2-magnitude natural disaster strikes near San Francisco

The natural disaster, reported at 5:36 a.m., was recorded at a 4.9-kilometer depth, according to United States Geological Survey.

A shallow magnitude 4.1 quake was reported Tuesday afternoon 13 miles from Ashford Mill, Calif., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

Some KRON4 viewers tell us they could feel rattling in San Francisco. One person noted that the quake was "short and sweet" while someone else reported feeling a jolt before a couple seconds of rattling.

Visitors to the USGS website from San Francisco, Marin County reported feeling light shaking.

No injuries of damage have been reported.
