Several undocumented immigrants have been found inside a trailer in Edinburg, Texas according to police.

There were no ambulances saw on the scene, and Edinburg police did not report any wounds or setbacks.

A man and woman who oversaw that trailer have been detained and the U.S. Border Patrol is investigating, according to reports.

KGBT in Harlingen says police received a call from a person in Mexico who claimed their family member was locked inside a trailer located at a Flying J's gas station.

Border Patrol is taking over the investigation.

A male and female of Cuban nationality who were accountable for the tractor-trailer were kept, police said.

Before being arrested, The Monitor watched a gathering of more than 10 people sitting in a shaded zone underneath a tree. The group of individuals were eventually searched before being escorted into a Border Patrol van.

This is a developing story.
