Testimony has resumed in a civil trial over whether Taylor Swift was groped by a former radio DJ.

His claim was dismissed on Friday in a Denver court.

The pop superstar testified for about an hour on Thursday, sometimes using unflinching language in giving her account of what happened.

The District Judge ruled that Swift was not liable, as Mueller had not proved that she personally set out to have him fired after the 2013 photo-op.

After the allegations came to light, Mueller reportedly lost his job and then sued Swift for $3 million, alleging her complaint led to his unfair dismissal. Mueller is seeking up to $3 million worth of damages as compensation for his ruined career.

The American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift has successfully won a legal victory in the lawsuit case against a former radio DJ who allegedly claims sexually assaulted her. Taylor Swift is claiming that Mueller grabbed her just beneath her skirt and one of her security guards witnessed it.

In a deposition past year, Swift said, "He reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for the photo, and it felt intentional that that would be the time he would choose to do it".
