Some time back images depicting the final design of Moto X4 were leaked, but we weren't sure about it. Earlier we saw seemingly sketchy images of the handset leak but thanks to an exclusive source, we can now confirm all the details around Motorola's upcoming mid-range flagship. In North America, Latin America, and Europe, the Moto X4 will be equipped with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage. The rear camera is a dual one which is 12 MP as well as 8 MP.

According to the report, the Moto X4 will boast of a 5.2-inch FHD 1080p display and measure 7.99 mm in thickness and weigh in at 163 grams.

Beneath the display, we've got the fingerprint sensor while above the display, as rumoured, is the 16MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and 1.0µm pixel size, which Motorola says is designed for ultra low-light selfies and will come with an Adaptive Low Light mode.

The Moto X4 recently starred in a couple of hands-on shots, and now it's time for the phone to be the star of a brand new press render. There's a dual-LED flash on the back too, and you'll be able to add depth of field effects to your photos of course.

The Moto X4's front-facing camera will also be ideal for vlogging as it will offer 4K video capture at 30 frames per second or full HD video at 60 frames per second (fps).

So what does the Moto X4 bring to the (crowded) table? Further, the next-generation Moto X device is pegged to feature IP68 rating, which makes it water and dust resistance.

As per previous speculation, the Moto X4 might be coming out on August 24 at an event in Brazil. Powered by a 3,000mAh battery, the Moto X4 is touted to support Motorola's patented TurboCharging feature and a bunch of native apps like Moto Display, Moto Voice and Moto Actions.

Motorola is keen on not only resurrecting the Moto X-series, but also doing so with a bang.
