Ibrahimovic has the use of United's Carrington training complex when he needs for his rehabilitation and United boss Jose Mourinho has hinted he is open to re-signing him when he is fit enough to play again.

"Yes, we can (win the title), Europa League is not Champions League, obviously it is more difficult to win the Champions League than the Europa League but also motivation is higher, also my hard work last season to motivate the Europa League with ambition and commitment and responsibility, my work was hard at that level".

"It's not something urgent, it's nothing that you are desperate to have it done or not done".

Willian joined Chelsea from Anzhi Makhachkala in August 2013, being voted the club's player of the year for the 2015-16 campaign and scoring eight Premier League goals last season.

"Europa League is not Champions League", he said. We have confidence levels of a team that won a European competition and is back in the Champions League. "There is no advantage for anyone".

Hammers boss Slaven Bilic remains relaxed over his future as he prepares to head into the final year of his contract.

"I just think naturally a manager in the second season knows the players better, knows the club better. I don't get obsessed with it", he said.

The arrivals of defender Victor Lindelof, midfielder Nemanja Matic and striker Romelu Lukaku have also improved the squad. "We thought we've made this 16-hour journey to watch the match, we may as well watch the medal presentation and see the players on their lap of honour", Ibrahim told ManUtd.com. "I'm really happy to start the Premier League this weekend because our pre-season was very complete and was a pre-season organised in a way where we start playing MLS teams and ended playing against the best teams in Europe".

Mourinho later explained his decision to give away the medal, claiming it meant more to the child than to him.

"But we have lost important players to injury too, such as Marcos Rojo, Ashley Young, Luke Shaw, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic".

"We had tried to get Cesc Fabregas, who had said to me that if he didn't start the season for Barcelona, he would come".

Mourinho believes United are capable of winning a title in his second season, but is not kidding himself over the challenge that awaits them domestically.
