According to TMZ, the two rap superstars are being sued for negligence in hiring a security guard who then allegedly raped a woman (the plaintiff) backstage at their Nashville concert.

Drizzy and the Freebandz emcee had one of the biggest tours a year ago, their joint Summer Sixteen tour of North America.

After a brutal sexual assault at a concert held by Drake and Future in Nashville, Tennessee last August, the pair are now facing a $25 million lawsuit from the woman who was allegedly raped during the show.

A woman who was allegedly raped at a Drake and Future concert previous year is suing the rappers - among others - for $25 million, claiming their negligence led to her attack.

The woman claims that the rappers and their companies who organized the concert were negligent, hence her attack. According to The Tennessean, Leavy Johnson, 38, was indicted on a rape charge in January, and is now awaiting trial in Nashville. Johnson reportedly had outstanding warrants for assault at the time of the alleged attack. She says Drake, Future, the arena and multiple others should have known that employing Johnson had the potential to cause a unsafe situation for others.

The woman is seeking $25 million in damages, plus court costs, People reports.
