The controversial rapper, who is now out on bail in a tax evasion case, recently went to visit family in St. Louis without informing the judge. Roughly four weeks after spending a night in a jail cell after turning himself in for a tax evasion charges, Page Six reports X, born name Earl Simmons, could be sent back after violating the terms of his bail conditions.

DMX has violated his bail bond over the case regarding his tax evasion.

DMX is facing 14 counts of federal tax evasion after he allegedly conducted a "multi-year scheme" to hide millions of dollars from the IRS.

"The court has received a report from pretrial services indicating that the defendant may have violated the terms of his pretrial release in numerous respects", said the judge.

The bottom line is that Judge Rakoff has ordered DMX/Earl Simmons to appear in his courtroom on Friday (08-11-17), where he could be called to the carpet over the violations.

But Murray Richman, the Yonkers rapper's lawyer, claims that his client simply forgot about the condition because he was "preoccupied with the trip". Authorities accused him of falsifying bankruptcy documents and avoiding personal bank accounts so he could dodge paying $1.7 million in taxes.
