The comedian suggested in a recent tweet that there should be laws against "people who think racism is amusing". "Wouldn't it be nice 2 have laws here for people who think racism is amusing?"

Handler was presumably referring to two Chinese tourists who were arrested after taking pictures of themselves making the Nazi salute by Germany's parliament building, the Reichstag.

"2 Chinese guys were arrested in Berlin for making Nazi salutes". Police witnessed the tourists breaking laws that have been in place since 1945 forbidding the use of symbols and gestures used by Hitler and his followers, The New York Times reported.

Comedian Chelsea Handler has a vision for the flawless liberal Utopia she wants America to be.

She made several other racist jokes then and continues to do so now on Twitter, including one within the past year pointed out by the Daily Caller's Chuck Ross.

It wasn't clear if Handler was joking with her message. "Should you be arrested?" another Twitter user asked the comedian.
