Guasti, also known as "DoctorM64", announced the news via his Twitter account this weekend. "It's a special day for another reason", the tweet said.

Happily, Guasti has now been hired by Moon Studios, developer of the excellent Ori and the Blind Forest, and is now working on the upcoming PC and Xbox One sequel Ori and the Will of the Wisps.

Ori and the Blind Forest came out as a console exclusive on Xbox One, and PC. Players will embark on riveting new adventures to uncover mysterious beyond the reaches of the Nibel Forest, bring to light the once-hidden truth of those who've been lost, and unthread the enigma of Ori's identity to unearth who the Spirit Guardian really is.

Project AM2R was a fan remake of Nintendo's Metroid 2: Return of Samus. The game featured graphics similar to that of the Gameboy Advance Metroid titles with added effects and features that could only be accomplished on modern computers.

On the NEOGAF forums, co-creator of Ori and founder of Moon Studios, Thomas Mahler, expressed that Milton is an awesome talent. "I gladly accepted the offer. I feel like I'll be right at home working with this team", Guasti writes on his blog. One can only dream. Microsoft announced the sequel Ori and the Will of Wisps at their E3 conference in early June.

Ori and the Will of Wisps now has no release date but it'll be available on Xbox One and PC.
