Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro Goes on Sale in India

The handset looks similar to the Galaxy J7 (2017) handset, but it comes with slight changes including a bigger 64Gb internal storage as well as support for Samsung Pay. Samsung Pay has been getting recognition all over the world for it's easy paying system.

With this collaboration, over 130 million SBI debit cardholders will be able to tap and pay using a wide range of Samsung smartphones at merchant outlets having card acceptance machines.

"Both Samsung and SBI are household names in India and it is a momentous occasion for us to collaborate on Samsung Pay and extend an innovative solution that is transforming people's lives worldwide", said Asim Warsi, Senior Vice President, Mobile Business, Samsung India.

"Bank aims to be the Banker to Digital India and has been at the fore-front of all digital initiatives in the banking space". Well, this development is for sure going to promote Governments cashless transaction revolution. The smartphone is available in Gold and Black colours in India. While the Galaxy J7 Max was made available for purchase sale last month itself for Res 17,900, the company yesterday made its Galaxy J7 Pro smartphone available for purchase in India via its own online store and Amazon India as well.

To drive the adoption of the service, the company has also announced an inaugural cashback offer of up to Rs 500, which will run until August 31.

For SBI card holders you will also get a cashback of Rs.100 on a transaction of Rs.500.
