"Leicester know my thoughts, but I will continue to give my best for the club as I always have".

But his future is still uncertain after the Foxes have already rejected two bids from Roma.

Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez is still keen to leave the King Power Stadium in this transfer window despite no bids for him yet being accepted.

Although a move to join Arsène Wenger at the Emirates has been talked about since Leicester's title winning season, the 26-year-old winger's comments suggest he wants to force his way out of the East Midlands and into Rome.

The Algerian winger handed in a transfer request at the end of last season and interest has been high with a number of clubs showing interest both from England and overseas.

Asked about interest from Roma, Mahrez said on Sky Sports News HQ: "They're a great club who I'd like to talk to".

The Algerian has been linked with a number of clubs, and Italian side Roma saw a bid rejected, but is still waiting for the Foxes to sanction his sale.

"There is nothing to do at the moment, Roma are a big club and I'd like to talk with them".
