The Los Angeles Dodgers are acquiring Pittsburgh Pirates reliever Tony Watson, according to FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal.

Over the course of his 25 regular-season relief appearances and 23.1 innings of work thus far into the 2017 campaign, the seasoned hurler has produced a disappointing 5.40 ERA. He was a starter much of his first full season in 2013, striking out 120 in 104 2/3 innings and posting a 2.92 ERA. In exchange, the Pirates will get minor league infielder Oneil Cruz and minor league righty Angel German. He has also produced an 11-20 record, 17 saves, 22 holds and nine blown saves since originally breaking into the highest level back in 2012. Although, it remains to be seen whether the Dodgers will still land Baltimore Orioles closer Zach Britton. With Kenley Jansen in Los Angeles, however, Watson will obviously not be closing.
