TBS's surreal comedy Angie Tribeca debuted a year ago to mostly positive reviews by audiences and critics alike.

Turner Networks handed out a pair of renewals as part of its presentation Thursday at the Television Critics Association summer press tour. Now, hoping to capitalize on the series' success, TBS has just announced they have renewed Angie Tribeca for a ten-episode fourth season. Both shows have put up decent ratings for the channel.

"The Cody family's drama keeps bringing more and more viewers back for more", Sarah Aubrey, head of original programming for TNT, says in a statement.

Details about Cannavale's role are being kept under wraps and come after his recent arc on Netflix's Master of None and his series-regular role on the upcoming third season of USA Network's Mr. Robot. "Animal Kingdom has earned its place among a very select group of cable dramas that continue to grow audiences thanks to superior writing and storytelling". And that's not all: Bobby Cannavale (Boardwalk Empire, Ant-Man) will join star Rashida Jones in the upcoming season. Tracy Morgan's "The Last O.G." will premiere October 24; celebrity rap battle "Drop the Mic" debuts October 26; game show "Snoop Dogg Presents The Joker's Wild" launches November 19; and Season 2 of "Search Party" arrives the week of Thanksgiving.

Animal Kingdom joins fellow TNT original dramas Good Behavior (returning October 15 for season two), Major Crimes, The Librarians, The Last Ship, Claws, the recently launched Will and the forthcoming The Alienist.
