Antonio Brown is lobbying for the Pittsburgh Steelers to secure Le'Veon Bell for the long-term. Contract negotiations might have broken down between Bell and the Steelers but that doesn't diminish the fact that he's the best dual-threat offensive player in the league. Brown let it be known that the Steelers do need their starting running back at training camp.

"We need him. I need him", Brown said. "We gonna do what we decide to do, we need every guy a part of the organization in a helmet to be there committed to the cause".

Brown is under contract with Pittsburgh for the next five seasons and the three-time first-team All-Pro spoke to Bell on the phone Saturday night for almost two hours, per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Brown indicated he spoke to Bell on the phone the day before for two hours and you get the impression Brown knows that in order for this team to reach all of its goals, Bell needs to be there as soon as possible. "I pray that we have him there". He will be playing the 2017 season under the franchise tag, while Brown's four-year extension makes him the highest-paid wide receiver in the NFL.

His production absolutely warrants that money. He rushed for 1,268 yards to go with 75 receptions, 616 receiving yards and nine total touchdowns in 12 games.
