Anthony Scaramucci: Breitbart 'Captured the Spirit' of America

He announced his resignation Friday after Anthony Scaramucci, a confidante of President Donald Trump, was named communications director.

Most reporters, Spicer said on Friday, were "more interested in their clip or their click than they are about the truth or the facts".

Getting back to tonight's interview on Fox News Channel, Sean Hannity did not seem pleased Spicer had said something nice about SNL.

It has always been suggested Priebus is in danger of being ousted by Trump, but following Spicer's departure and Priebus' reported tensions with Scaramucci, there are also those who believe he could opt to resign. The Friend of Trump reminded Trump's good little soldier of President Donald Trump's stated position on Saturday Night Live, asking Spicer, "Was Saturday Night Live amusing?" He was one of the more popular press secretaries in recent memory for some of his antics and tense interactions with reporters.

But one media outlet in particular has earned the ire of Americans on both sides of the aisle in the immediate aftermath of Spicer's resignation.

Reports show that Spicer was not happy about this move. "I'll tell you who he's going to be president of - you can tell Donald I said this - the Queens County bullies association".

The president tweeted Saturday, "In all fairness to Anthony Scaramucci, he wanted to endorse me 1st, before the Republican Primaries started, but didn't think I was running!" "So, Mr. President, if you're listening, I personally apologize for the 50th time for saying it".

The White House's embattled press secretary is out, according to multiple sources.

In a statement, Trump expressed gratitude for Spicer's work on his behalf and praised his television ratings. Spicer's resignation also creates questions about the future of the White House chief of staff, Reince Priebus, who brought Spicer onto the transition team.

A lot has changed in the matter of months since Scaramucci thought there was no chance Trump would ever become president.
