You can't believe everything you hear about The Last Jedi, but when it comes from The Star Wars Show, you can rest assured that it's legit. However, Kylo Ren's spaceship has red tinted windows and has a sleeker look to it.

Kylo Ren, commander for the First Order, just so happens to be receiving his own bit of swanky new equipment: an upgraded fighter to pilot to help tracking down those pesky Resistance fighters like Poe Dameron.

With the ominous title of "The Last Jedi" and being the second installment in a new episodic trilogy, many fans are already assuming the newest Star Wars film will mirror the dramatic intensity of The Empire Strikes Back. Called the TIE Silencer - or, Sienar Jamus TIE/VN Space Superiority Fighter, for those who want to impress their friends - the craft features laser cannons and a missile launcher.

"The silencer features laser cannons and a missle launcher and looks an very bad lot like a darker, sharper-edged TIE intercepter".

Lucasfilm did cite another relative of Adam Driver's character in its description, saying some of his talent as a pilot came from this father, Han Solo.

As with previous Star Wars Comic-Con exclusives, these figures will presumably be available individually and in normal packaging starting September 1, when the first wave of The Last Jedi toys become available.

In The Force Awakens, Ren stuck mainly with command and transport ships, so it will be interesting to see his piloting skills. Graham said McCain told him: "Yeah, I'm going to have to stay here a little bit longer, take some treatments".

The design really does hammer home the classic TIE elements-not just the Interceptor that first appeared in the Battle of Endor in Return of the Jedi, but also in the bulky hull and massive wing pieces of Darth Vader's TIE Advanced from A New Hope.
