There was a break-in over the weekend at the Las Vegas office of Sen. Dean Heller, R-Nev., in Las Vegas was broken into and a threatening note was left behind, 8 News NOW reported Sunday, citing an unnamed source. Las Vegas police would not confirm any information about a note to local media outlets.

KLAS and the Las Vegas Review-Journal both reported that the break-in occurred Saturday morning at 8930 W. Sunset Road in Las Vegas, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

A spokesman for Heller said, "We can't comment on/discuss ongoing investigations".

Neither the LVMPD nor Heller's office immediately responded to TPM's requests for comment. For despite the efforts of most Republican congresspeople, not everyone in the party is on board with the American Health Care Act as-is - especially Sen.

Heller is one of the Republican senators who has thus far refused to endorse Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's bill to "repeal and replace" Obamacare. Heller has made headlines recently as a possible swing vote on the Senate's healthcare legislation.
