Tina Knowles Just Shed Some Interesting Light On Beyoncé's Name Choices

Her daughter Beyoncé debuted the twins last week then caused a stir when she stepped out on the town alongside husband Jay-Z.

It seems Blue Ivy has also taken to her new role as big sister. She's a good big sister, she really is.

Granny's talking: Beyonce's mother Tina Knowles told Entertainment Tonight that Blue Ivy is "very proud and excited".

Jay's new 4:44 album features an apology from him to Beyonce, and speculation is rife that it is a direct reference to claims she hinted to him being unfaithful with "Becky with the good hair" on her visual LP "Lemonade".

Beyonce and Solange's mom was, however, happy to speak about the Hollyrod Foundation.

She added that fans will have to wait to hear from Beyoncé and Jay-Z about the significance of their children's unique names, although she did share a poem by 13th century poet Rumi on Instagram over the weekend. I am just thrilled they do this, and I'm excited about it because it is my first [event for the organization]'.

Firstly, B's mum clarifyed for us that the babies names are Sir Carter and Rumi Carter, not, as some had assumed, Sir Carter Carter and Rumi Carter. It proves even more that he's the ultimate 'gram husband, and we're itching to see what they post next.
