"It's like having a friend with very specific allergies", the Melodrama songstress explained.

"There are certain places you can't go together". Lorde believes she is an "underdog" in the music industry, and will stay that way until she's released "five unbelievable records".

Lorde has spoken out in a recent interview with The Guardian about her famous friendship with Taylor Swift. "It's like having a friend with an autoimmune disease".

She explained that the stars are all friends because they support each other. During the interview, the 20-year-old singer also spoke on her breakup from photographer James Lowe, whom she split with last year. My approach is like, "Well deal with it". When it was happening, I was quite overwhelmed by it.

Thank you, I want to say thank you so much. Meanwhile, Lorde recently admitted she "sucks" at being famous, but thinks her break from the spotlight after the release of her debut album "Pure Heroine" in 2013 has made her less famous.

I just want to say how grateful I am to everyone who waited for this record.

'I think it's definitely for a long time that I'm going to remember, it's been really formative for me, ' Lorde continued. "So, I think, until then, (I consider) myself as an underdog", Lorde said on Australian TV news show "60 Minutes".

Tickets for gigs in her home country sold out in minutes as New Zealand fans can't wait to see their country's talent return.
