Two men were arrested by armed police on a street in Ilford, east London.

Police investigating the terror attack at London Bridge, in which eight people died, have made another arrest. A 29-year-old man apprehended at the llford home was also arrested on suspicion of the preparation of terrorist acts.

"We have had the latest toll confirmed this morning, which is three people dead and eight injured on the French side", said Macron, who was speaking during a joint news conference with Danish Prime Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen.

In a seperate incident, two men aged 34 at 37 were held at separate addresses in Newham, while a third man aged 33 was arrested at an address in Waltham Forest.

All three men have been taken into custody at a south London police station under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act.

One further man, arrested on suspicion of drugs and firearms offences, was bailed, the Metropolitan Police said.

The marksmen are charged as they train their guns on the attackers, with one knifeman, who appears to be Butt, swinging his weapon wildly towards an officer.

Butt, a 27-year-old Pakistan-born British citizen, and his two accomplices, Rachid Redouane, 30, who claimed to be Moroccan-Libyan, and Youssef Zaghba, a 22-year-old Italian national of Moroccan descent, were shot dead by armed police eight minutes after the first emergency call.

The family of Australian nanny Sara Zelenak yesterday paid tribute to their "beautiful daughter and sister" and said they were "deeply saddened at the tragic loss" of the 21-year-old.

The intended truck was smaller but similar to the one used in the Nice attack previous year that killed 86 people and injured hundreds in the resort town in the south of France.
