In addition, the women's division is prominently featured in a match. A challenge was issued for a six-woman tag team match at Backlash, so Shane McMahon is here to host an official contract signing.

Owens said that he would never invite him onto his show. 205 Live will feature Austin Aries vs. TJ Perkins in the main event.

Randy Orton def. Baron Corbin via pinfall: An entertaining match between the two with Corbin getting his fair share of offense against The Viper. The WWE Backlash 2017 Kickoff Show is scheduled for Sunday evening at 7 p.m.

Showbuzz Daily reports that despite coming in at No. 4 for the night, it took a seven percent tumble in viewership, and was down eight percent in the coveted 18-49 demographic. Can the WWE Champion notch a victory over Baron Corbin heading into Backlash or will "The Lone Wolf" prove that he deserves to be in the WWE Title picture?
