"Basically he's angry at all government officials", Rock County Sheriff Robert Spoden said at a Friday press conference, according to NBC.

The sheriff's office said in a statement Sunday night that it had contacted school districts to inform them that Jakubowski is still on the run so they can make decisions on any precautionary measures.

After a man matching Jakubowski's description showed up at a local church asking odd questions on Thursday, Sunday services were canceled.

Joseph Jakubowski reportedly broke into Armageddon Gun Shop on Tuesday and made off with several handguns and high-powered rifles, according to police. Police now are investigating and trying to verify the tip that Jakubowski was in New Lisbon, according to the Juneau County Sheriff's Department.

On Tuesday police found Jakubowski's vehicle on fire not far from where the gun store theft took place, according to NBC News.

"This manifesto has been evaluated by experts within the Federal Bureau of Investigation behavioral analysis unit to better understand his mindset and locate leads or evidence", Rock County Sheriff Robert Spoden said.

Jakubowski, of the Janesville, Wisconsin, area, is at the center of a nationwide manhunt involving 150 state and federal law enforcement officers.

An acquaintance told authorities Jakubowski previously spoke of wanting to steal weapons and carry out an unspecified attack. Police said Sunday they've identified the suspect who came to the church on Thursday, and that person is NOT Jakubowski.

He also raised concerns about the young man buying a helmet and bulletproof vest.

"We don't know if he's in Janesville, if he's in Rock County, he could be in Washington, D.C., we simply don't know", said Chief David Moore, Janesville Police Department.

Jakubowski is described as 5-foot-10 and 200 pounds with green eyes and brown hair.

Spoden said the suspect had written a 161-page anti-government manifesto, which he had mailed to the White House the same day as the robbery.

Authorities are anticipating "some kind of endgame" with Joseph Jakubowski, the fugitive who is considered "armed and dangerous" and sent President Trump a manifesto littered with anti-religious and anti-government rhetoric. People who spot him should call 911.
