Arnel Pineda meets Journey's Steve Perry for first time

Inducting Pearl Jam was former late-night host and bushy-bearded David Letterman, who was a last-minute replacement after their initial presenter, Neil Young, fell ill. "The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is thrilled that David Letterman has agreed to induct the band this Friday night at the 32nd Annual Induction Ceremony".

Pearl Jam will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with ELO, Joan Baez, Journey, Tupac Shakur, and Yes.

"I used to have a television show, they were on my show 10 different times over the years", aid Letterman.

According to WKYC in Cleveland, Ohio, Snoop credited 2Pac with being the person responsible for getting the Dogg to smoke blunts when he was growing up.

"Every time they were there, they would blow the roof off the place", Letterman said.

Hitmakers Journey reunited with longtime estranged singer Steve Perry, but only for their induction speech, as the singer has not performed with the band in decades and has only rarely sung in public.
