The poster manages to capture the coming of age style of the next Spider-Man movie. In the more relaxed and incredibly fun second poster, Tony Stark's Avengers Tower can be clearly identified in the NY skyline. The two posters reinforce that this film takes place within the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the Avengers Tower looms over the wall crawler in one, and sees Spidey climbing up it in the other.

It's interesting to compare this to previous teaser posters for Spider-Man movies.

Now, Sony Pictures UK have released an accompanying poster that, sadly, is a little more conventional.

You'd have to go back to Spider-Man 2 to find something that was depressing. Even if he is also Spider-Man. Screenplay by Jonathan Goldstein & John Francis Daley and Jon Watts & Christopher Ford and Chris McKenna & Erik Sommers, Based on the Marvel Comic Book by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.

Directed by Jon Watts ('Cop Car"), "Spider-Man: Homecoming' also sees the return of Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Jon Favreau as Happy and Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark/Iron Man, with Micheal Keaton as bad guy The Vulture, and Zendaya as Michelle (who may or may not turn out to be the new Mary-Jane). The youngster will be assisted by the presence of Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark, too, acting as Spider-Man's mentor.
